Congressman Torres has endorsed Andrew Cuomo for NYC Mayor despite credible allegations by 11 women of sexual harassment. In addition, Cuomo's history of enabling the Republican majority and blocking the Democratic party in the state Senate via the "IDC" is disqualifying on its own.
